We have a passion for a mental fitness training method that makes a real difference in terms of understanding why we feel and behave the way we do and how we may impact others.

To empower a network of people to practice mental fitness like physical fitness so they can achieve their full potential, become happier versions of themselves, and help everyone to make a great environment to live and work in. We believe that everyone can be happier and perform better if they know why they aren’t yet, how they can be, and what they can do about it.

To make a positive impact, a real tangible difference to the sustained improved performance and happiness of everyone we work with – and inspire them to do the same.

Debby is a Registered Psychologist and Mental Fitness coach with over 17 years experience working with a diverse range of people both individually and in a variety of organisational settings. Some of her experience includes working in organisations as a Coaching Psychologist for outplacement work, team building, personnel selection and development. She has also worked as a Case Manager for the Pilots Mutual Benefit Fund (PMBF) and a Career and Transition Coach for the NZDF.

Having personally experienced the life changing benefits of developing mental fitness to improve her performance and achieve a much happier state of inner calm, she enjoys coaching people on how mental fitness can help them as well. 

Debby is passionate about empowering people to be the best person they can be by working with them to identify what might be holding them back, as well as giving them tools to develop their mental fitness to facilitate success and maximum potential in a state of ease and flow.

 

Charlie has consistently proven his ability to operate and lead effectively in high performance, high stakes complex environments in the air and on the ground. Despite his initial fear of failure, he challenged himself, and successfully overcame performance anxiety to excel.

His extensive experience working both overseas and in New Zealand has provided exposure to different cultures and broadened his outlook on the diversity of thought and ways to achieve the best possible outcomes. He is passionate about using his stories to inspire people to be their best and draws on his experience and expertise to help make leaders and high performance teams hum.

His more recent experience in mental fitness skills and coaching has enabled him to apply and share the skills and mindset, that enabled success in his profession, broadly across his life in general.
